We have an automated
system that can notify you the moment the item arrives back in stock, to use this, log on, visit the product page for the item in question, you will see a box saying "Out Of Stock!". In this box you may enter your email address and select the "NOTIFY ME" box. You will be added to a mailing list that will send you a notification the moment we receive
the item in our inventory.
We strive to provide
the best prices possible on all of our products – to that end we do not markup
pricing or offer a constant stream of sales promotions. We simply offer the
best pricing on all of our products every day so you can be sure that you won’t
feel as though you’ve missed an opportunity to get the best price. We do
however offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 CAD.
Our site only sells items that are physically in stock
therefore, there are no delays involved when it comes to filling your order.
Orders normally made before
11:00 am MST are usually forwarded to the transportation company the same
business day, however please allow one to three business days for processing
unless otherwise posted.
Please forward us clear
pictures of the box and the damaged product(s) so that we can better understand
the situation. Once the pictures have been received, we can assess the

We ship items within Canada and the United States. All
shipping prices and methods will be shown at time of checkout. If there
are no shipping options available then the shipping companies do not ship to

Online you will see the actual
shipping price based on our preferred shipping rates, estimated time of
delivery, all appropriate taxes, and final total in Canadian dollars before you
have to submit payment.
Rates start at approximately $9 and
increase based on distance, size of package and weight.
We strive to offer the best possible shipping options for our customers,
one of which passing on our volume rate discounts to our clients. With that in
mind shipping companies also have a minimum shipping rate regardless of weight,
which we cannot control. We do show the exact amount that shipping the parcel
costs so you can be rest assured that you're paying no more than the actual
cost. Rates increase based on distance, size of package and weight, our
site is setup to give real-time rates based on all these factors with Canada
Post, UPS, and FedEx giving you an actual real-time quote every time.

To check your order status, obtain tracking numbers, or print off copy
of invoices, simply log into your online account and go to "Account".
You will notified via email once your order has been fulfilled. A
tracking number will be sent if one is available with your shipping method of
choice. If you have not received an email check to ensure that it has not
been filtered out, look in your Junk Folder.

Obsessed are warranted solely by the manufacturer. All items needing repair
should be sent to the manufacturer directly for service. Auto Obsessed is not
liable if the manufacturer fails to guarantee its own products.
Yes, we are very
experienced with Nano and Ceramic Coating and were the first in North America
to even supply some of the brands. Auto Obsessed has been installing
Ceramic coatings since 2011 and is one of the very few accredited installers
for CarPro Cquartz Professional, CarPro Cquartz Finest Reserve and Gtechniq
Crystal Serum. In addition we can also install any of the coating that we

hour only, therefore we cannot give an estimate by phone or by email, the
vehicle must be seen in order to provide a quote unless it is a brand new
vehicle coming directly from the dealership. Our services are very low
volume and we book up quickly so booking in advance is required for
services. Quoting can be done anytime during our business hours.

PPF or Paint Protection
Films are clear polyurethane films that are applied to vehicles to protect them
from scratches, minor dents, or swirls caused by road debris, rocks, bug
droppings, and other environmental elements. Auto Obsessed installs various
types of clear paint protection films for both glossy and matte paint finishes.
