The tubular metal frame folds out and there's a place to sit at a perfect 18" off the ground. Soft foam pads provide a comfortable handle for carrying. Rubber grip pads on the bottom keep you from slipping and tipping over. The waterproof nylon bag features elastic, net pouches on each side, and a double zippered pocket on the front with built-in elastic pouches and a second pocket. The large double zippered case is 14" x 9" x 13" and swallows up all sorts of supplies. Inside are six pockets to hold things in place.
