I am very satisfied with my purchase from Troy at Auto Obsessed, so I thought I would give good feedback and share my experience in return.

At first I was unsure about ordering from them as I wasn't able to find a whole lot of feedback, plus I wasn't sure about the products I needed , so I sent in an email. Not even 30 minutes later, Troy responded to my email in a polite and professional manner. Definitely a plus.

A few days later I put my order through, which was promptly shipped and a tracking number was emailed out to me. In a matter of days the items were delivered to my door step.

Everything was neatly packed, plus there was a nice business card and a flyer.

Over-all I am very happy with Auto Obsessed - Will purchase from again 5/5

At the end of 2009, I began to find an interest in making my car beautiful. I did quite a bit of research on what I would need to do (process wise) to make a car look stunning but I did not have someone to walk me through the difference between Collinite 845 and 915. That was the case until I found Troy from Auto Obsessed. He was a referral from Chemical Guys since I was looking for their Canadian counter part. Troy was friendly, patient and a very professional person to deal with. He's knowledgeable with the products he has for sale and was able to make a prompt recommendation to me when I had trouble choosing from his large selection of products. His website has amazing prices on many brand name items and he stands behind the quality of these products.

I've purchased products from claybar to random orbital polisher and all the chemicals in between and have been very satisfied so far and not once did I need to ask him to follow up on orders that are pending. I would highly recommend Auto Obsessed to everyone that are looking to get their cars detailed. Speaking of which, I will need to order from you again in spring of 2011 to replenish some of my supplies.

I purchased multiple Sonus Detailing products from Troy at Auto Obsessed. Troy was a excellent person to deal with on 780tuners and on the phone. He answered all the questions I asked in great detail. It was very convenient for me to visit Garage Works to purchase these products rather than to wait for shipping times. I would highly recommend him to anyone

"Auto Obsessed is exactly the kind of store that's been missing from the Canada for years. They carry all of the products that I have been forced to buy from the United States or even overseas for the last decade. Forget the expensive shipping, duties, and other associated hassles of buying across the border. Forget buying each individual product from individual manufacturers ...Auto Obsessed has it all locally in the Edmonton area. The prices are great and the customer service is absolutely unbelievable. Troy is fast, dedicated, and more then willing to answer questions and discuss car detailing. Twice now I've ordered in the evening and had the stuff in my hands before noon the next day.
